The best contract you’ll ever sign to boost your fat loss
want to start by asking you a question…
How many jobs have you had that you’ve hated?
Probably a few, but you still turned up, did the work and got paid
You probably signed a contract at the start of that job as well, that went something along the lines of this:
“Do these tasks and we’ll pay you. Don’t do these tasks and we’ll fire you.”
I’m sure it was probably worded a little bit better than that but I’m trying to get to the point.
The point is, you signed a contract with some job you hated going to and you still stuck to the contract… at least until you quit becuase you hated it.
So what’s this got to do with fitness, fat loss or being your best self?
Well, lots!
I want to share something with you, below is an image of a contract I signed with myself this week.

As you can see, I’ve outlined exactly what I expect from myself, set a deadline and I’ve even highlighted my common excuses and how I’ll overcome them.
Then, I printed it out and signed it.
What do you need to put into a contract with yourself?
This is currently hanging up in my office where I’ll see it every day.
Signing a contract with yourself is powerful.
You’re taking your goal out of your head and putting it on paper and making a commitment to yourself to follow through with it.
You can even go one step further like I have and share your contract with the world so you have a little bit of social pressure to push you even further.
I asked every single LEVEL10 Client to create their own version of this over the weekend and I’m now going to do the same with you.
What goals have you been putting off that you need to get serious about?
What do you need to put into a contract with yourself?

I hope this sets you up for a fantastic week.
